Gary Dutton
Lead Consultant
Gary Dutton is the founder and lead consultant of Heaford Limited, bringing
over 20 years of hands-on experience delivering large-scale retail and hospitality technology programmes. With an engineering degree and PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, Gary combines technical rigour with pragmatic delivery leadership.
His career spans some of the UK's most complex retail technology environments — from JD Wetherspoon and Mitchells & Butlers to English Heritage and Pizza Hut Delivery UK.
Gary has managed major vendors including Fujitsu, Deloitte, Hitachi, Zonal and Guestline, and is experienced in both client-side and vendor-side programme environments.
